Pacific Spas began as a beloved Canadian spa brand in the 1980s, trusted for comfort, craftsmanship, and designs that felt timeless.

When the original company closed in 2009, long-time dealer Robert Sawatzky revived the Pacific Spas name with a clear intention: honour the spirit of the brand while rebuilding it for a new generation.

In the early years, Robert manufactured Pacific Spas in Edmonton, gaining hands-on experience in what makes a spa genuinely reliable. As the industry evolved and talent and supply constraints grew across Western Canada, production transitioned to trusted global partners — allowing the designs, standards, and philosophy to remain fully Canadian while ensuring consistent quality and availability.

Today, Pacific Spas is a family-owned Canadian brand based in Langley, BC, known for quiet luxury, thoughtful design, and hydrotherapy built around real human comfort. We continue to carry forward the heritage of a name that helped shape Canada’s spa culture.

Frame Insulation
Expanded side insulation increases heat retention across the entire structure, supporting consistent warmth in colder regions.
Base Insulation
A sealed ABS foundation reduces heat loss from below and blocks moisture, cold air, and pests from entering the undercarriage — protecting internal components while helping your spa maintain an efficient, stable temperature all year.
Shell Insulation
Our tri-layered shell resists heat up to 110°C and maintains structural integrity without bending or warping, even with long-term temperature change.
Built-In Structural Support
Every spa is constructed on a rigid, load-bearing frame that prevents shifting and stress on the shell. This ensures jets, seating, and plumbing stay properly aligned for long-term durability and comfort.

Full-foam insulation can trap heat, but it also traps moisture and makes servicing difficult. Pacific Spas’ multi-layer system delivers strong heat retention without the service challenges of full-foam construction — keeping ownership simpler, cleaner, and more affordable over time.
