Pacific Spas has been making the Pacific brand of spa for over 30 years, perfecting the art of relaxation and the science of design. The first step in the process is to vacuum form the acrylic shell, then the underside of the shell is sprayed with layers of Vinyl Ester and fiberglass to create a water tight vessel and ensure structural integrity.

Step 2 VINYL & FIBERGLASS

Each layer is hand rolled to remove air pockets and compress the fiberglass.

Once the fiberglass has cured, the edges of the tub are trimmed.

Holes are then drilled for the jets and plumbing fixtures.

The jets and other attachments are fitted to the shell.

Step 9 SPA FRAME

Step 10 ELECTRONICS INSTALLATION

The Cedar or Cedarlite synthetic skirt is attached.

Step 12 SKIRT INSTALLATION
